Molecular formula: NaHF2
CAS NO: 1333-83-1
Molecular weight:61.99
Properties: White crystalline powder, poisonous, soluble in water, decomposed into sodium fluoride and hydrogen fluoride by heating, insoluble in ethanol, aqueous solution can corrode glass. Has a strong sour taste, absorbs water in humid air and emits hydrogen fluoride. At high temperatures, aluminum or aluminum alloys have corrosion resistance to sodium hydrogen fluoride. The relative density is 2.08.
